Following a heart attack in the fall of 2003, Jon Christensen out of necessity, became interested in antioxidants, polyphenols and anti-inflammatories. After much research he found many natural products and foods that are high in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties.* He wanted to share the knowledge he had gained and offer high quality products that are difficult to find and Antioxidant Alley was born. This web site consists of a blog, where summaries of recent research regarding antioxidants, heart disease and general health concerns are discussed and a product catalog, where products high in antioxidants can be viewed and purchased.
